PALMIYE LIGHTING
International Lighting Project & Supply Guide
Plan an outdoor lighting enquiry with Palmiye Lighting in Türkiye. Compare project needs, browse real installations and prepare the information needed for a model-specific quotation.

Explore Products Before Preparing the Enquiry
Start with integrated LED aluminium poles for an architectural feature, galvanised steel road columns for road-lighting configurations, or park and garden models for pedestrian landscapes. The selected luminaire, mounting height, loads and site layout determine the information needed for review.
Use the English catalogue for model references and the international references page for original installation photographs. A target market in this guide does not imply a local office, local stock or a completed installation there.
Bulgaria: Begin with the Road-Lighting Reference
Our international references include a Bulgaria road-lighting installation. Use that photograph as a starting point for a discussion about the intended road application, then send the model, mounting height and bracket arrangement required for your project. Confirm the exact configuration rather than identifying equipment from a photograph alone.

For a road renewal, provide existing foundation details, the lighting designer’s layout and any retained luminaires. For a new scheme, identify quantities by height and bracket type. The project engineer should coordinate foundations and anchors with the final equipment loads.
Ghana: Separate the Installation Brief from the Delivery Destination
For a Ghana enquiry, identify whether the scheme concerns a road, public space or landscaped development and provide the installation location as well as the requested delivery point. Describe coastal salt exposure if applicable; the country name alone is insufficient to specify corrosion protection.
Send the client’s required documents and clarify whether the quotation should cover columns, luminaires, brackets or a combined package. Our wider export-destination list includes Ghana; this guide does not assign an unlabelled photograph to a Ghanaian project.
Nigeria: Define Package Scope and Site Responsibilities
For a project enquiry relating to Nigeria, break the product schedule into columns, brackets and luminaires, with quantities and model versions. Identify the installation city and requested delivery point. Include the proposed control system and any equipment mounted on the pole so loads and compatibility can be discussed.
Ask the quotation to distinguish factory supply, packing, transport and any separately arranged site works. Customs, destination charges and unloading responsibilities should be agreed in the quotation rather than inferred from a general website statement.
Kenya: Provide the Route Layout and Access Details
For a Kenya project, send a layout identifying carriageways, pedestrian routes, entrances and adjoining properties. Provide the lighting designer’s mounting heights, spacing and luminaire references. Include the actual environmental and structural criteria specified by the project team.
Where delivery access is constrained, share the site-access limitations, storage arrangements and unloading equipment before transport is planned. These details help define the supply enquiry; they are not a claim of a completed Kenyan installation or local warehouse.
South Africa: Start with the Consultant’s Specification
For a South Africa enquiry, attach the consultant’s technical schedule and identify all required submissions for the proposed pole and luminaire. Specify finish, operating conditions, mounting arrangement and any access or maintenance requirements.
Provide the destination and preferred quotation terms. Ask the team to confirm the documents available for the selected model and order; suitability and conformity should be reviewed against the actual project requirements before procurement.
United Arab Emirates and Qatar: Detail the Exposure and Operating Brief
United Arab Emirates: Coordinate the Pole Schedule with the Emirate and Project Review
Explore our UAE lighting poles page: hotels, residential and landscape projects ↗
For lighting poles intended for a UAE development, name the installation emirate and the client’s approving team. A delivery address in Dubai does not identify the design criteria for a site in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. Attach the consultant’s specification with revision dates and separate public roads, pedestrian areas and architectural features in the equipment schedule.
What to send with a UAE lighting enquiry
| Review item | Information to provide | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Project and reviewer | Emirate, installation location, developer or asset owner, consultant and specification revisions. | Identify who accepts the drawings, product and supporting documents. |
| Lighting and appearance | Pole positions, mounting heights, luminaire references, nearby windows and seating, body-lighting intent. | Review road or pathway light separately from decorative illumination. |
| Environment and maintenance | Specified temperature range, actual salt or dust exposure, cleaning access and finish requirements. | Confirm protection and service access for the proposed configuration. |
| Supply and handover | Equipment quantities, packing by phase, named delivery point and requested document language. | Agree transport, unloading, site works and document responsibilities. |
Abu Dhabi: Include Decorative Body Lighting in the Design Discussion
DMT’s Concept Master Plan Submission Guidelines, dated 18 August 2026 (PDF), address the dark-sky approach in section C5.1.7, including glare, light spill and fixture selection. This is an Abu Dhabi master-plan reference; the project team should determine its relevance to the actual submission.
When considering an illuminated pole body, show the designer both light sources: the main luminaire and the architectural illumination. Provide proposed operating hours and any dimming or separate switching requirement so the team can review the intended arrangement. A product photograph cannot establish the project’s lighting performance or approval status.
Keep Product Documentation and Project Acceptance Separate
MoIAT publishes an ECAS conformity-certificate service for regulated products. Ask the importer and technical reviewer to confirm which supplied items fall within the relevant requirements. Match requested test reports and drawings to the exact pole, luminaire and control configuration; do not treat a general document as approval of every model.
Browse LED-body aluminium poles, galvanised road columns and park and garden models, then send model versions and quantities. Keep columns, brackets, anchors, luminaires and site installation as separate quotation lines where appropriate. Production, packing and delivery terms are confirmed with our Istanbul factory for the order.

Qatar: Build a Traceable Lighting Submittal and Delivery Schedule
Explore our Qatar lighting poles page: roads, plazas and pedestrian landscapes ↗
For a Qatar lighting-pole enquiry, identify the asset owner, consultant and type of works: a public road, private access road, plaza or pedestrian landscape. Send the contract’s document list and the person responsible for each review. Keep manufacturer or supplier prequalification, project material acceptance and the construction programme as separate items in your enquiry.
Use Ashghal References for the Correct Scope
Ashghal’s PWA Standard Detail Drawings library includes a road-lighting group with column and foundation drawings. Ask the project engineer to identify the drawing numbers and revisions required by the contract. A standard foundation detail should not be selected solely because a pole photograph looks similar.
The authority’s October 2025 prequalification checklist (PDF) describes category-specific applications and an initial cover letter in Arabic and English. It also addresses samples, including provision in Doha for street-lighting materials. Where this process applies, confirm the applicant, category, current requirements and sample arrangements with the responsible project team. These references do not establish Palmiye’s approval or listing.
Connect the Review Programme to the Equipment Schedule
The following is a practical enquiry checklist. Adapt the stages to the actual contract and review procedure.
| Stage | Information to coordinate | Decision to record |
|---|---|---|
| Material review | Model and version, pole height, bracket geometry, luminaire data and specified finish. | Record the reviewer, required submissions and outstanding comments. |
| Sample and drawing stage | Requested samples, identifying labels, drawing revisions and submission dates. | Agree the review sequence before confirming the production programme. |
| Production release | Accepted equipment schedule, quantities by zone and the agreed supply scope. | Resolve substitutions and document the configuration being ordered. |
| Phased delivery | Packing list, package marks, weights, delivery point and unloading arrangements. | Match each consignment to the installation zone and receiving team. |
Specify the Pole and Luminaire as a Complete Arrangement
Use the same location references in the layout, bill of quantities and technical submission. Include the luminaire and bracket loads, cable entry, access door and requested control arrangement. State the specified operating-temperature range and actual dust or coastal exposure so the proposed finish and components can be reviewed.
For an architectural feature, compare LED-body aluminium poles and define body illumination separately from the main luminaire. For road and landscape areas, browse galvanised road columns and park and garden models. Request the documents available for the exact configuration.
Make Each Delivery Phase Identifiable
Split quantities by installation zone and required phase. Identify who receives and unloads the goods, where packages are stored and which site works are included. Agree production timing after the necessary technical decisions; our Istanbul team confirms packing, supply responsibilities and delivery terms for each order.
