Outdoor Lighting Poles for Projects in Bulgaria
From a municipal street renewal to a Black Sea promenade or a private development, start with the installation conditions. Compare aluminium LED-body poles, road columns and landscape lighting with direct supply enquiries to our factory in Türkiye.

01 / CHOOSE THE APPLICATION
Select the Pole Around the Lighting Task
For contractors, landscape architects and procurement teams sourcing lighting poles for Bulgaria, appearance is one part of the decision. A new public square, an access road and a hotel garden have different mounting and optical requirements. Use these product families as starting points, then send the designer’s layout for the proposed installation.
DARG V1
LED-Body Aluminium Poles
Compare architectural pole forms for entrances and public spaces where integrated body lighting is part of the visual concept.
ROAD V2
Galvanised Steel Road Poles
Start a road-column enquiry with the specified height, outreach and luminaire loading rather than selecting by silhouette alone.
BARDI
Park and Garden Poles
Review pedestrian-scale options alongside planting, paths and the wider material palette of a landscaped development.
For a coordinated public realm, also compare bollards for paths, square and urban lighting poles and wall and post-top luminaires.
02 / BULGARIA PROJECT WORKSHEET
Distinguish Street Renewal, Coastal and Inland Sites
Describe the site rather than applying one specification across the country. A coastal installation may require a different exposure review from an inland access road; a replacement programme needs different survey information from a new development. Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or Burgas on the delivery address is a starting point, not a substitute for the exact site conditions.
| Project setting | What changes the selection | Include in the enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Urban street renewal | Retained infrastructure versus complete new lighting points. | Numbered asset survey, bracket dimensions, foundation records and proposed luminaires. |
| Coastal promenade or hotel frontage | Exposure, pedestrian comfort and the relationship to guest rooms. | Salt-exposure brief, finish, shielding, controls and maintenance access. |
| Inland residential or business park | Different road, parking and footpath requirements within one development. | Separate application layouts, column heights, loading criteria and delivery phases. |
For exposed locations, provide the engineer’s design loads and the weight and projected area of everything attached to the column. Request confirmation of the material and protective finish for the proposed order. Existing foundations and anchors require assessment against the new equipment; dimensional similarity alone is insufficient.
03 / MUNICIPAL PROCUREMENT CONTEXT
Separate Energy Renovation from Architectural Lighting
The European Commission’s Bulgaria investment overview describes support for improving the energy efficiency of municipal street lighting. In a dated local example, Burgas Municipality’s announcement of 3 June 2025 distinguishes replacing luminaires from replacing or renovating existing poles. These public sources offer procurement context; they are not Palmiye project references.
For your enquiry, separate luminaires fitted to retained supports, new columns and any architectural body-lighting elements. Keep the existing and proposed equipment schedules aligned by point number. The lighting designer should assess functional illumination using the selected luminaire’s photometric data, with body lighting and its electrical load identified separately.
Define the Evidence Needed for Approval
List the required drawings, column calculations, luminaire photometric files, control interfaces and test or conformity documents against the exact equipment version. State any specified EN 40 criteria and submission language. Availability must be confirmed for the selection; a collection name does not establish compliance for every arrangement.

05 / SUPPLY FROM TÜRKİYE
Prepare a Destination-Specific Delivery Enquiry
Send the Bulgarian delivery town and postcode, site access restrictions and the requested unloading arrangements with the pole schedule. Ask for packing dimensions and weights, the production programme and the named delivery point. For staged works, group quantities by installation phase and identify any approval milestone before manufacture.
Have the quotation identify transport responsibilities and which import or clearance activities belong to each party. Request the commercial documents your appointed logistics team needs. Lead time and delivery scope are agreed for the order; this page does not imply a local warehouse, a Bulgarian office or a fixed transit time.
- Mark each lighting point on the site plan.
- List model version, height, bracket, finish and quantity.
- Attach luminaire data, design loads and environmental conditions.
- Identify technical approvals, requested language and document deadlines.
- Provide the delivery postcode, phases and unloading constraints.

06 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Resolve the Scope Before Requesting a Price
Can the same enquiry cover a promenade and adjoining streets?
Yes. Provide separate layouts and quantity schedules so the team can distinguish pedestrian fittings, road columns and architectural lighting. Identify any common finish without assuming identical luminaires or mounting heights.
Can we keep the existing poles and order luminaires?
Send a condition survey, mounting dimensions and the engineer’s assessment. The proposed fitting and bracket must be reviewed against the retained support and the lighting layout before a configuration is approved.
Will the technical submission be in Bulgarian?
This page and the linked project guide are in English. State any Bulgarian-language documentation requirements with the enquiry so translation availability, responsibility and scope can be confirmed.
Where can we choose model references?
Browse the collections above or the English catalogue. Send model versions and quantities to export@palmiyelighting.com or contact us on WhatsApp.
