PALMIYE LIGHTING · POLAND
Outdoor Lighting Poles for Projects in Poland
Build a phased product schedule for street and residential lighting projects in Poland. Separate model versions, winter exposure requirements, approval dates and delivery quantities.

01 / PRODUCT SELECTION
Match the Product Family to the Application
For contractors, designers and procurement teams planning projects in Poland, the product schedule is the link between the lighting layout and the supply enquiry. Compare road columns, architectural LED-body poles and landscape models for the different parts of your scheme.
DARG V1
Integrated LED Aluminium
Architectural columns with integrated body lighting for distinctive streetscapes and public spaces.
ROAD V2
Galvanised Steel Road Columns
Review road lighting poles against the required height, bracket arrangement and luminaire loading.
BARDI
Park & Garden Lighting
Explore column options for landscaped developments, pedestrian routes and outdoor amenity areas.
For lower-level paths or other public-realm requirements, also explore bollard lighting, square and urban lighting poles and wall and post-top luminaires.
02 / REAL APPLICATIONS

03 / MUNICIPAL & RESIDENTIAL SCHEMES
Build a Consistent Lighting Scheme Across the Development
A street renewal programme may combine a main access road, residential streets, parking areas and a public square. For a project in Poland, divide the enquiry into these applications so each column and luminaire arrangement can be reviewed against its function. Provide a schedule of quantities with model references, mounting heights and bracket configurations.
For housing developments, identify pedestrian approaches, entrances and adjoining properties on the lighting plan. Coordinate the appearance of road columns and landscape lighting without assuming that every location needs the same height or light distribution.
Separate Appearance from Performance
Integrated body lighting can contribute to the architectural character of a street or square. Functional illumination should be evaluated separately using the selected luminaire’s photometric data and the designer’s layout.
Send the required colour temperature, controls and operating schedule. Ask your lighting designer to review glare and light spill, and state which performance documents are expected for the proposed equipment.
04 / WINTER & MAINTENANCE BRIEF
Specify the Site Conditions Before Selecting the Finish
Provide the project’s specified operating-temperature range and describe exposure to road splash, de-icing salts or other corrosive conditions. Ask for confirmation of the proposed material, protective treatment and component suitability for the exact order. A generic catalogue description should not replace the site specification.
State the preferred RAL colour, access-door position and maintenance requirements. Include luminaire weight, brackets, accessories and the engineer’s wind-loading criteria. Foundation and anchor details need coordination with the project engineer and confirmed column geometry.
Prepare a Complete Product Schedule
- Application, installation location and lighting layout.
- Model and version, height, bracket type and quantity.
- Design loads, operating conditions and exposure.
- Finish, maintenance access and document schedule.
- Delivery postcode, phases and required programme.
05 / PHASED PROCUREMENT
Coordinate Quantities, Approvals and Delivery
For a phased street or residential project, identify the quantities needed in each delivery and any approval deadline before production. Confirm model versions and finishes across the schedule so later phases can be discussed on a clear basis.
Palmiye Lighting manufactures in İstanbul, Türkiye. Send the destination in Poland and your requested delivery terms. Ask the quotation to confirm the production programme, packing dimensions and weights, transport scope and unloading responsibilities. Dates and terms are agreed for the specific order.
Request the Documents Your Project Needs
Provide the tender requirements, including any specified EN 40 criteria and the required drawing or calculation submissions. Ask which documents are available for the selected column, luminaire and configuration.
This page is an English-language introduction for projects in Poland. If Polish-language submissions are required, include the requested language and format in the enquiry so availability can be confirmed.
POLAND / MODERNISATION WORKSHEET
Separate Luminaire Replacement from New Column Supply
Record what is being retained before pricing a Polish street-lighting renewal. Dobroń municipality’s published modernisation scope combines LED luminaire replacement, a lighting-management application, bracket works and coordination with the network owner. That example illustrates why a renewal enquiry needs more detail than a quantity of new lamps; it is not a Palmiye project or a universal Polish tender specification.
| Asset group | Survey information to provide | Quotation line to keep separate |
|---|---|---|
| Retained poles | Asset number, condition survey, bracket dimensions and photographs. | Replacement luminaire and mounting-adaptor scope, subject to review. |
| New or replacement columns | Approved height, loads, foundation detail and finish. | Column, bracket, anchor assembly and any separately supplied luminaire. |
| Control and handover | Existing management platform, interface requirements and acceptance tests. | Compatible control equipment, commissioning and documentation responsibilities. |
Use one asset identifier from the survey through the delivery schedule. For each street, record the existing equipment, proposed equipment and whether civil works are required. A luminaire-only order should not quietly include assumptions about foundation reuse or pole condition. Where the buyer requests particular test reports, certificates or control interfaces, list them against the exact product version and ask for confirmation before approval. Provide the planned installation phases so packaging labels and delivery groups can follow the contractor’s street-by-street sequence.

06 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Turn the Shortlist into a Clear Enquiry
Can one enquiry cover streets, parks and parking areas?
Yes. Separate the applications in the product schedule and include the designer’s mounting arrangements and luminaire selections for each location. This gives the team a clearer basis for reviewing the scope.
Are all models suitable for the same winter conditions?
Suitability depends on the exact materials, components and project requirements. Send the specified conditions and request confirmation for the proposed configuration before ordering.
Where can we find the starting model references?
Browse the collections or English catalogue, then send the model versions, quantities and project specification. The photographs shown here are installations in Türkiye, offered as design references rather than Polish project references.
