PALMIYE LIGHTING · GERMANY
Outdoor Lighting Poles for Projects in Germany
Coordinate column selection with your German project’s lighting layout, surface finish and technical submission. Review model options and define the documents and delivery scope before quotation.

01 / PRODUCT SELECTION
Three Starting Points for Your Lighting Scheme
For planners, contractors and procurement teams working on German projects, compare architectural aluminium poles, galvanised road columns and landscape lighting as part of one coordinated outdoor scheme. Start with the required function and then shortlist the form.
DARG V1
Integrated LED Aluminium
Architectural columns with integrated body lighting for distinctive streetscapes and public spaces.
ROAD V2
Galvanised Steel Road Columns
Review road lighting poles against the required height, bracket arrangement and luminaire loading.
BARDI
Park & Garden Lighting
Explore column options for landscaped developments, pedestrian routes and outdoor amenity areas.
For lower-level paths or other public-realm requirements, also explore bollard lighting, square and urban lighting poles and wall and post-top luminaires.

03 / GERMANY PROJECT BRIEF
Coordinate the Column with the Lighting Plan
For a German street, residential development or commercial landscape, begin with the lighting designer’s layout. Provide mounting height, spacing, outreach and the selected luminaire rather than choosing a pole by appearance alone. Identify pedestrian routes, cycle paths, carriageways and neighbouring properties within the brief.
Where light spill is a concern, ask the designer to define the required distribution, shielding and operating schedule. Decorative body illumination and functional road lighting should be considered separately so each serves the intended setting.
Prepare the Model Document Schedule
Send the project’s specified DIN EN 40 requirements, structural design criteria and required submission language. Ask which drawings, material information and supporting documents are available for the proposed model and configuration.
Include luminaire weight, projected area, brackets and any additional equipment. The project engineer should coordinate foundations and anchors with the confirmed column design. Request model-specific photometric data and any specified IP, IK or control information for the luminaires.
04 / FINISH & MAINTENANCE
Specify the Finish for the Actual Environment
A Baltic or North Sea coastal site and an inland courtyard present different exposure conditions. Describe the project location, proximity to salt spray and any expected contact with de-icing salts. State the required surface treatment and finish so the proposed protection can be reviewed for the order.
Provide the preferred RAL colour and surface appearance, together with any maintenance or access requirements. Confirm the agreed finish and supporting information before approving production; a catalogue photograph is a design reference rather than a finish specification.
Information to Include
- Site location, application and lighting layout.
- Model, quantity, mounting height and bracket geometry.
- Luminaire loads and the engineer’s structural criteria.
- Exposure conditions, colour and requested documents.
- Delivery postcode, unloading arrangements and programme.
05 / SUPPLY FROM TÜRKİYE
Make the Procurement Scope Clear
Palmiye Lighting manufactures in İstanbul, Türkiye. Enquiries for projects in Germany are handled directly by the team there. Share the delivery postcode, quantities and required programme to begin a quotation discussion.
Ask the quotation to identify the named delivery destination, agreed transport scope, packing dimensions and weights, production schedule and buyer and seller responsibilities. Discuss site access and unloading before transport is arranged. Availability and delivery timing must be confirmed for the specific order.
From Catalogue to Project Submission
Select an initial model from the English catalogue, then send the tender or design brief. Confirm the proposed configuration, document list and approval steps with the project team before ordering.
This page is an English-language introduction for enquiries relating to Germany. Request the language and format needed for your project documents when you contact us.
DESIGN AND PROCUREMENT WORKSHEET
Separate Retained Equipment from the New Supply
A refurbishment enquiry for a German residential street or commercial site is easier to review when the existing installation and the proposed supply are listed separately. Use the following worksheet to identify the information still needed before asking for a final configuration or price.
| Item | If retained on site | For the proposed equipment |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation and anchors | Available drawings, bolt spacing, photographs and the project engineer’s assessment. | Base arrangement, anchor requirements and the relevant column drawing for coordination. |
| Luminaire and bracket | Model reference, mounting interface, weight, projected area and known control equipment. | Proposed mounting geometry, equipment loads and the requested photometric files. |
| Lighting layout | Existing positions, entrances, crossing routes and areas affected by neighbouring windows. | Designer’s proposed positions, mounting heights, light distribution and operating schedule. |
| Finish and maintenance | Record the surrounding exposure, maintenance access and any visual matching requirement. | Material, protective treatment, RAL colour, access-door arrangement and document revision. |
Compare the Lighting Tasks by Zone
For an access road, compare road-column configurations with the chosen luminaire and bracket. For an entrance feature, explore integrated LED aluminium models while defining body illumination separately. For paths and planted areas, compare landscape models against the pedestrian layout.
The German lighting initiative licht.de provides planning guidance for outdoor circulation areas, including entrances, paths and controls. Use the project designer’s assessment to turn those different uses into the equipment schedule.
Keep the Approval Package Traceable
Give each proposed configuration one reference across the drawing, product schedule and quotation. Identify which drawings or supporting documents the client requires in German and the date they are needed. Confirm their availability and format with our team.
For phased procurement, show quantities by phase, the drawing approval deadline and the named delivery location. Ask the offer to separate factory supply, packing, transport and unloading scope. Any later change to the luminaire, bracket or accessories should be identified against the same configuration reference.
06 / PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
Before You Request a Quotation
Is Palmiye based in Germany?
Our manufacturing operation is in İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact our team directly for a project enquiry; this page does not represent a German office or local stock location.
Can a catalogue model be used in a German project?
Use the catalogue to shortlist a design. Suitability depends on the exact configuration, site criteria and project requirements, which should be reviewed with your designer and engineer.
What should we send first?
A model reference, quantity, site postcode and lighting or tender specification are a useful starting point. Include the required document language and intended delivery programme.
